The Need
4seasons Car rental is a leading vehicle rental company with a wide range of Cars and Camper Vans. Based in South Africa, 4Seasons Car Rental provides Vehicles (Cars, 4x4 safari vehicles, Camper Cars) for hire across multiple countries and multiple cities. Along with its own fleet, 4 Seasons Car Rental also offers rental cars, fully equipped 4x4 safari vehicles and two, four or six berth camper hire from top car rental companies in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana like: AVIS, Europcar, First Car Rental, Hertz, Bobo Campers, Kea Campers, Bushlore and other top car rental brands.
4Season Car rental wanted Orisys Infotech to design and develop an online application to capture vehicles from its partners and a fully responsive website to allow visitors to view and book vehicles ( Cars and Campervans) using respective booking engines.
The website needed to be easily navigable, dynamic and fully content managed.
The Solution
Orisys Infotech assessed the requirement and came up with a solution best suited for 4season Car Rental's business needs. Orisys Infotech designed a fully responsive and mobile compatible web site to display its own and partner's vehicles and allow visitors to see the availability of vehicles prior to book them through a complete booking cycle.
Facilities were made for the 4Season Car Rental's staff to log onto the control panel and capture the partner's vehicles, manage contents, track bookings, Manage rent slabs and tariffs. The requirement are challenging, as it involves vehicles from multiple partners, Multiple countries and Multi cities.
